a very cold day, no sun
R brought me home, he drove extra carefully
I chatted like a silly teenager and then I sobbed my heart out
finally
and now it seems all my energy has gone
Wow, this post is almost Haiku-like, albeit with too many syllables. Still it serves the same purpose. Thanks for sharing those first moments of freedom with us in such a concise and personal way. Get some sleep.
I'm glad you're home now. Rest and heal.

ReplyDeleteOh, Sabine.
ReplyDeleteRest.
I'm so glad you're home. Hope you are getting some good sleep and the healing begins in every way. Thinking of you.
ReplyDeleteCrying out that tension might make you feel better in the long run. I hope. Glad you're home.
ReplyDeleteGood to know you are home with R. You used your energy well.
ReplyDeleteVery cold and no sun here, too. There is more and more ice on Lake Whatcom. Haven't seen that since the 1980s. There are icicles at Whatcom Falls.
Be warm. Feel safe. Know that we are all sending thoughts of healing.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're home. II just wish I could bottle some of this sunshine and send it to you!
ReplyDeleteOh you sweet thing. You'll feel better. I'm sending lots of healing energy your way.
ReplyDeleteFamiliar. Using what energy you have on humor is wise.
