cál ceannann

a bowl full of kale - picked after a frosty night - chopped

one large onion chopped
garlic, mashed
all fried in oil or butter
mix with a couple of floury potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed with a cup of milk
serve with fried smoked tofu

Oh, heavenly. Kale chips: chop into bite size pieces, drizzle with olive oil on a cookie sheet, bake in a 350 oven, turning until all crispy but not burned. Salt lightly. Enjoy!
