My view of the world, really, is that if you screw your
eyes up and look at the world, it is an absurd and extraordinarily silly
place, with everyone taking themselves very seriously.
And at the very same time, I hear another voice singing, "'No reason to get excited,' the thief, he kindly spoke, 'there are many here among us who feel that life is but a joke, but you and I, we’ve been through that, and this is not our fate, so let us not talk falsely now, the hour is getting late'”
I want to listen to all these voices and add mine in this ongoing eternal conversation open to all, each speaking in turn as the times change and perspectives change, sometimes taking ourselves very seriously and sometimes not. Thank goodness for Monty Python.
