Start to consciously breathe again, maybe twice on the first day.
Feel my connection with the food that I eat today.
With the path that I take today.
Become aware of the sky above me. The ground beneath me.
And myself in between.
And to find it all ok.
Lovely Sabine. Happy New Year. I wish you a year of health, balance and awareness.
ReplyDeleteThank you, again, for popping in and giving me your perspective on being dizzy.
This is a powerful poem.
ReplyDeleteIt's so good to hear from you, Sabine. Welcome home!
ReplyDeleteExcellent resolutions for any day of the year.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLove these resolutions. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteoh yes, all of that. take 10 minutes a day to sit in nature and just be.
ReplyDeleteIf only we could remember to do all that, all of the time, we'd be so calm and stress free. Worthy ambition, even if we only remember some of the time.
ReplyDeleteglad to see you back!
Very Thich Nhat Hahn-like. Breathing in, breathing out, peace is every step.
